Outdoor shading manufacturer Caribbean Blinds is continuing to make waves within the business community after being named as finalists in not one, but two categories at the Growing Business Awards 2022.
For the second year in a row, the Sudbury based firm has been shortlisted for both ‘Consumer Business of the Year’ and ‘Family-Owned Business of the Year’, after demonstrating a competitive edge once again, through consistent profitable growth, increased market penetration and a positive impact on the industry.
Deemed the most credible and highly valued recognition of exceptional flourishing businesses, the Growing Business Awards bring together and honour some of the UK’s most outstanding entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses.
Stuart Dantzic, Managing Director at Caribbean Blinds, commented: “The Growing Business Awards are huge so be shortlisted in two categories for the second year running makes us so proud. To be recognised by the judges as a high-growth and innovative businesses within the consumer sector that has the potential to continue to scale, and also as a solid family business against such strong competition, reinforces that our business model is working, and our family values are being taken seriously. This is why we entered the awards…and maybe to pick up a shiny trophy or two!”
Now in its 25th year, the annual awards continue to celebrate the strength, vision and resilience of fast-growing SMEs across the UK. All winners will be announced during a prestigious ceremony on Wednesday 23rd November 2022 at the Hilton London Bankside.
Caribbean Blinds has experienced a wealth of success so far this year, boasting a number of accomplishments regarding both business and industry awards. Most recently, Stuart was selected for the prestigious Suffolk 100 list for 2022, while Caribbean Blinds won the Family Business of the Year awards at the East of England FSB Awards 2022.
