Harrowden Turf has added to its 2022 successes by achieving a clean sweep of ISO Accreditations. The business has achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 which reflect the work done across key areas of the business – Transport, Customer Service, Accounting and Business Continuity.
The work to support to support the accreditations was undertaken by Richard Boyson, Harrowden Group Transport Manager.

ISO 9001 is the standard most will recognise as it relates to a clearly defined set of business processes and the documentation to support them.
ISO 14001 is a series of standards that relate to environmental management. They are designed to help organisations to minimise their environmental impact; use resources more efficiently; comply with environmental legislation and to continually improve their environmental performance. The accreditation also reflects the new products that Harrowden Turf has brought on stream this year including new varieties of Meadowmat Wildflower Turf, new roof trays and green wall technology.
Harrowden Turf has gone further and supplemented these standards with a further ISO accreditation – 45001, which relates to global standards for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems that provides a practical solution to improve the safety and health of staff and personnel.
