This major student accommodation project, undertaken by global contractor Bouygues for the University of Hertfordshire, had a requirement for a wide range of street furniture.
The contractor and design team engaged with Langley Design at an early stage to design and develop the University’s external furniture needs.
Langley Design’s experience, flexible manufacturing capability and consultative approach enabled a cost-effective solution to be achieved, while still maintaining the full specification of street furniture and high quality standards of product and installation.
Over the last two years, alongside the general street furniture products, Langley Design supplied and installed a wide range of striking cycle shelter and bin store combination units to complement the strong design features of this stunning university scheme.
