Time running out to be crowned one of the UK’s landscaping champions

Entries for the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) National Landscape Awards are pouring in but there’s still time to be recognised among the elite of the landscaping industry.

This renowned industry event, which welcomes Origin Enterprises as the new headline sponsor, celebrates the best in landscape design, construction, and maintenance across the UK and internationally each year.

Taking place on 5th December 2025 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London, the Awards are widely regarded as the industry’s highest accolade. With almost 100 entries received last year, they reflect the vast array of quality landscaping works being undertaken by BALI members on a daily basis. Entrants in 2025 will have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure, build their reputations, and join an esteemed cohort of industry leaders who have earned a much coveted BALI National Landscape Award.

“Each year we are both amazed and delighted by the passion and talent displayed by our members, showcased through their incredible submissions,” said BALI Chief Executive, Wayne Grills. “This is a real opportunity for companies and individuals to promote their creativity and hard work, while also helping to raise the profile of our industry as a whole.”

Two new categories revealed for 2025 awards

With a focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and community purpose, two new categories will make their debut for the 2025 iteration of the awards. Both “Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Scheme” and “Repurposed Development” have been introduced to reflect the changing face of the landscaping industry, with the ethos behind them reflecting key motivators for both BALI and Origin Enterprises.

A global leader in sustainable land management solutions, Origin Enterprises’ involvement and three-year commitment underscores its dedication to fostering greener, more resilient landscapes across the UK. Led by their Living Landscapes division, Origin’s sponsorship will also see them supporting the eagerly anticipated 50th anniversary of the Awards in 2026.

“We are absolutely delighted to have Origin Enterprises as our Headline Sponsor, a company that we feel really embodies the ethos of the Awards and is dedicated to the attainment of industry excellence,” enthused Wayne Grills, Chief Executive, BALI. “Their expertise in sustainability and land management makes them an ideal partner.”

TJ Kelly, Divisional Managing Director for Living Landscapes at Origin Enterprises, commented, “At Origin Enterprises, shaping sustainable land use is central to our mission. Our partnership with BALI allows us to support and celebrate the professionals who are shaping the landscapes of tomorrow.”
