Along with a downloadable design and installation guide and a decking safety check list, the site has an image-led design ideas page to give inspiration for overhauling outdoor spaces.
As well as providing clearer guidance for commercial clients, including architects, merchants and contractors, the site has a section dedicated to homeowners.
The firm is rolling out its new approach across social media, by inviting followers to share their own decking pictures on Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter. Gripsure hopes this combined effort will inspire creative ideas for outdoor spaces and encourage more people to consider non-slip decking – whether it’s for their business or their back garden.
The revamped website comes off the back of Gripsure’s sales being up by 30 per cent increase on last year. Over the last 12 months, the firm has provided decking for Canary Wharf, St Austell Brewery and the Holiday Inn at London’s Olympic Park. Gripsure is also working with UK Trade and Investment to develop its export market and has launched a French version of its website.
