Green-tech’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation renewed for the 4th successive year!

Green-tech has announced today that they have achieved ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards for the fourth successive year.

ISO 9001 is a Quality Management Standard that aims to help organisations become and remain structured and efficient.  Compliance requires companies to demonstrate that they actually do what they state that they’ll do and have a quality management system in place… to ensure consistency and improvement. Commitment to continuous improvement is assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It helps businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities. Working within an ISO 14001 framework helps companies meet all legal or regulatory requirements as well as increasingly high customer expectations of corporate responsibility.

Green-tech have successfully demonstrated that they are committed to continuous improvement for both standards.

Rachel Kay, Green-tech’s Managing Director said:

“This independent assessment demonstrates Green-tech’s commitment to customer service and quality in delivery as well as how seriously we take our environmental responsibilities.  Although we never doubted it, it’s always great to have an external assessment to confirm that we are still doing all the right things.  This is great news and I believe it’s one of the reasons that we continually delivery high levels of performance and customer satisfaction as reported in our annual customer survey.  Well done team Green-tech.”
