Green-tech is celebrating after the results from their annual ‘Big Green-tech survey 2014’ were revealed. The annual survey is emailed to Green-tech’s extensive customer database and seeks to find out what their customers think about all aspects of the business; from people and products to ordering and delivery; from sales and social media to competitors and prices.Green-tech appreciate every response and make a 50p donation to their 2015 charity, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, for each complete survey.

Headline numbers are:

  • 98% rate Green-tech overall as Excellent or Good.
  • 97% think our product range is Excellent or Good
  • 98% believe our product availability is Excellent or Good
  • 98% say our advisors are polite, knowledgeable and efficient

Green-tech boasts excellent relationships with their customers and this is reflected with 79% of respondents stating to have used them for over 5 years.

98% of respondents said product availability was good or excellent, compared to 96% in 2013.  Green-tech’s delivery service was rated by 93% as good or excellent compared to 92% the previous year and 98% of respondents agreed that their orders were delivered in the specified time frame (97% in 2013).

As ever, Green-tech’s sales advisors scored highly with 98% of respondents saying their knowledge was good or excellent, they are polite and they are efficient. 97% rated their availability as good or excellent.  These figures are all up on 2013 where ratings were 95%, 97%, 96% and 94% respectively.

Green-tech continues to invest in their digital communications and the main website has seen another increase as a method of communication with 93%, up from 80% last year, of respondents visiting www.green-tech.co.uk. 81% are browsing products (down from 84% in 2013), 40% are checking prices, up 8% from last year and 58% use to access technical information, which is an increase in 3%.
